PRODUCT RETURNS... In the extremely rare event of an UNOPENED return:
Returning Products (Orders) must be received within 14 days of the original order date.
You can ship the product back to us (at your cost) with a copy of your sales receipt stating "RETURN" ... Returns are to be sent to: New Energy Tech Company - ATTN: IFCO Returns - 250 Perry Lane - Dacono, CO - 80514.
You must notify us when you have shipped the return with a tracking number. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to track your return. Upon confirmation of your delivery back to us, you must notify us with proof of the delivery confirmation by phone at 1-888-748-5233 or email to brian@newenergytechco.com . Your return order is subject to a 3 day receiving period.
Your return refund will be processed (less shipping) within 10 days after we have completely received all of your returned products, less a 10% restocking/handling fee.
